Nomads is about people who work from anywhere in the world and want to do it in good company. We bring together small groups of remote workers and entrepreneurs to live in a beautiful place, work during the day, and spend evenings with people who feel like your own. It's not a course, not a conference, not a hotel vacation. Just living alongside people you actually enjoy being around.
People matter more than the format. You can design the perfect program, but without the right people it means nothing.
We believe in shared living. A common kitchen, a shared table, evenings together — that's where real closeness comes from.
There are no "events" here. Everything that happens, happens on its own — from a conversation, a mood, a desire to spend the evening together.
We don't rush. A calm pace, no mandatory activities, no hurry. Everyone lives the trip in their own way.
Usually we settle into a villa or coliving space somewhere by the sea or in the mountains. During the day everyone works — some at a shared table, some from an armchair on the terrace, others at a coworking space. And in the evening, the best part begins. We cook dinner together, talk, argue about something important or completely pointless, head out to catch the sunset or wander through the city at night. On weekends we go on little trips — not like tourists with a checklist, but slowly and with pleasure.
We've already lived this way in Turkey, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Georgia, and Russia. Each trip is a small separate life that you share with people who become genuinely close in just a couple of weeks.
